Welcome to Carlsbad Unified School District
The original Carlsbad School, pictured here circa 1890, was located on the site of current Pine Avenue Park on Harding Street in the downtown/Barrio area. Carlsbad’s focus on education, and the close, harmonious ties established between the community – and later the City -- of Carlsbad and its schools, date back even farther.
