CUSD IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE APPLICATIONS

Applications will be accepted on Tues through Thurs between 10-2

(Instructions below should be followed, when applications are being accepted)

CUSD IS NOT ACCEPTING 30 DAY EMERGENCY PERMITS

Please read and follow all instructions included in the Certificated Substitute/Hourly Application & Instructions.
Please note, this is not an on-line application, you must print out forms and bring them to the District Office.
