He has demonstrated the ability to build on the strengths of a supportive school community by providing vision, leadership and inspiration. Dr. Roach has embraced the vision of the Carlsbad Unified School District and has been working as a member of the Governance Team in conjunction with the members of the Board of Trustees to implement that vision to bring world class status to Carlsbad.
